What stood out most? Pure, unprocessed honey—full of character, subtle floral notes, and incredible versatility in everyday life. The first seeds of Golden Drips began to take root.
Her research led her deep into the history of honey, tracing its roots back to ancient civilizations where it was prized not just for its taste, but also for its natural healing properties. From soothing teas to skin care remedies, honey was revered as nature’s golden gift.
Inspired by this legacy, she began working closely with local beekeepers and natural food artisans to craft something truly special. After months of exploring flavor profiles, testing recipes, and learning from the best, Golden Drips Honey was born—a brand built on purity, purpose, and a passion for all things golden.

Our Honey
The name Golden Drips was inspired by the pure, golden streams of raw honey that flow straight from the hive—natures original sweetener and one of its most powerful gifts.
JNPR is a name that was chosen in reference to the juniper berry, which is the characteristic ingredient of Gin, and the products of the JNPR range.
The first planting effort began in 2020 with 60 flowering shrubs, chosen to support pollinators and strengthen the surrounding ecosystem. These plants typically take a few seasons to fully bloom, but their impact starts right away—feeding bees, enriching the soil, and restoring balance to local biodiversity. In March 2023, 500 more were added, and our commitment continues to grow with the brand.
While we dont rely solely on our own crops for honey production, these efforts reflect our deeper mission: to protect the pollinators who make everything possible. For our local partners, these thriving hedgerows also help reduce soil erosion and promote a more sustainable future.

Each batch is made with care—sourced from select hives and harvested in small quantities to preserve purity and flavor. Much like traditional artisans, we focus on technique and timing, allowing the natural properties of the honey to shine through without the need for added sugars or artificial ingredients.
